I need to make a series of circuit, each made up of a relay and a capacitor.
At the local electronic store, I only found only circuit board which is already leaded in series of connected lines (horizontally).
I need a circuit board of only holes with single lead so that I could arrange the circuits ( 1 relay and 1 capacitor) in linear form, side by side and the terminals of the relays and capacitors won't short circuit.
Is there such a circuit board? What do people call it then?

My fridge stopped to work. I would like to repair a circuit board that belongs to my fridge...I'm sure thats the broken piece. I'm an amateur and I mess with circuit boards and components (capacitators, diods...). How do you test a circuit board and find out which component is defective? Is there a website that teaches that?

I have a HK42FZ015 circuit board that is apparently faulty according to the repairman. He has informed me it is $562 to fix it.
Is there a component on the circuit board that can be replaced to fix the problem and avoid the expensive repair cost?
I have the circuit board removed and it is not readily evident to me if any resistors or capacitors are burned up.
